ATI practice assessments help you study, and Focused Review is the remediation tool that points you back to the exact topics you need to work on after an assessment. If your instructor assigns required remediation, this article shows you where to find your results, how to launch Focused Review, and how to complete what's required.

Take a practice assessment:

1. Go to https://www.atitesting.com and sign in with your ATI username and password.
2. From your home page, find the practice assessment your instructor assigned (practice assessments usually let you check your answers and rationales as you go).
3. Open it and work through the questions. You can typically take a practice assessment more than once.

Find your results:

1. Sign in at https://www.atitesting.com.
2. Look for the My Results, Results, or Transcript area on your ATI home page.
3. Select the assessment you completed to open your individual performance report.
4. Your report shows your score and breaks down how you did by topic, so you can see where to focus.

Launch Focused Review:

1. Open the results or performance report for the assessment you completed.
2. Look for the Focused Review button or link on that report and select it.
3. Focused Review opens a set of materials (such as topics to review and review questions) tied to the areas where you missed questions.
4. Work through the recommended materials. Take your time; this is where the real studying happens.

Complete required remediation:

1. Check your instructor's assignment for what counts as complete (for example, a required amount of review time, specific topics, or follow-up questions). Those requirements come from your instructor.
2. Work through the Focused Review materials your instructor assigned.
3. If your program requires proof, your activity in Focused Review is recorded in ATI, and your instructor can see your progress. Some assignments may also ask you to save or submit a remediation summary or template.
4. Finish before your instructor's due date.

Tips:

• Practice assessments are for learning, so use the rationales to understand why an answer is right or wrong, not just to get the score.
• If a Focused Review link doesn't appear, make sure you're opening the results report for a completed assessment; Focused Review is generated from your performance.
• The specific remediation requirements (how much, which topics, any template) always come from your instructor, not from ATI or the Help Desk.
• Use a current, updated browser and a stable internet connection so your progress saves properly.
