Kaplan Nursing gives you NCLEX-style practice questions, quizzes, and integrated testing to help you prepare for course exams and the NCLEX. How you get into Kaplan depends on how your program set it up, so the exact starting point comes from your instructor.

Ways you might access Kaplan:

1. Check your Canvas course first. Many instructors add a Kaplan link directly inside the course. Sign in to Canvas at https://jerseycollege.instructure.com/login/ldap, open your course, and look for a Kaplan link in the navigation menu or in a module. Clicking it usually signs you in automatically.

1. Use the Kaplan account your program provided. If your program gave you Kaplan sign-in details, log in at the Kaplan sign-in page they pointed you to.

1. Follow the instructions from your instructor. Your instructor provides the correct Kaplan link, account details, and any class or cohort information. Always start with what they gave you.

If you need to set or reset your Kaplan password:

1. Go to the Kaplan sign-in page your program provided.

1. Look for a "Forgot password" or "Reset password" link near the login fields, and follow the prompts.

1. If there is no self-service reset option, or it does not work, ask your instructor or contact Kaplan support for help, since cohort-tied accounts are sometimes managed for you.

Tips:

• Your Kaplan password is separate from your Jersey College password. Resetting one does not change the other.
• If a Canvas link asks you to sign in to Kaplan, use your Kaplan account, not your Jersey College account.
• Use a modern, up-to-date browser (such as Chrome or Edge) and a stable internet connection for the best experience.
• If you are not sure which Kaplan link or account to use, ask your instructor. They have the entry point that matches your cohort.

What the Help Desk can and cannot do:

• We can help with general sign-in problems and your Jersey College account.
• We cannot create Kaplan accounts, provide cohort or class information, or reset Kaplan passwords. Those come from your instructor or Kaplan support.
