If password is not working, follow the steps below to change it:

• Please go to: https://jcmfa.jerseycollege.edu in your browser.
• Click on "Forgot your password?"
• Enter your username
  • As a reminder, your user name matches this format: firstname.lastname (do not include @jerseycollege.edu)
• Type the Captcha text and click Continue
• You’ll be directed to answer your security MFA questions then you can update your password.
