Head over to https://mail.jerseycollege.edu

User name: firstname.lastname (do not include @jerseycollege.edu)

Password: Password!

Current Password: Password!

Procced to set your password. Password should be at least 8 characters long and include numbers and special character

!!!You’ll receive a “Not Enrolled” message

!!!Proceed to step 2 to complete your MFA enrollment!!

Step 2 Set up your Multifactor authentication (MFA)

Head over to https://jcmfa.jerseycollege.edu

Enter your username: Firstname.lastname (do not include @jerseycollege.edu)

then your password.

Click to Enroll and proceed to set up the security questions

Answers must be 5 characters minimum

Once completed head over to https://mail.jerseycollege.edu and log in to your email
