Frequently Asked Question

Benchmark and CJE (Comprehensive Jersey Exam) exams in Examplify use a SEPARATE ExamSoft login from your regular Jersey College account. If you've forgotten that password, reset it through the ExamSoft Self-Service Center - not the Microsoft password reset.

Reset your Benchmark / CJE Examplify password:

1. Go to https://ui.examsoft.io/
2. Enter your email address and click "Forgot Password."
3. Check your email (including the Junk or Spam folder) for the password reset link and follow it to create a new password.

Log in to Examplify for Benchmark / CJE exams:

1. Open the Examplify app on your device.
2. When prompted for the Institution ID, enter: jerseycollegebenchmark (this is "Jersey College School of Nursing: Benchmark Exams").
3. Enter your username (your school email) and your updated password, then sign in.
4. Download your exam, and you're ready to test.

Good to know:

• This separate login applies to Benchmark and CJE exams. For your regular exams, you sign in with your normal Jersey College email and password - see "How do I register in Examplify and download my upcoming exam?"
