Step 1. Go to https://jcmfa.jerseycollege.edu/ and click on the Account locked out? tab Step 2. Enter your username. This is the first part of your Jersey College email address. Enter the captcha shown to you as well on this page. Step 3. Enter in your authentication code from your Google Authenticator Step 4. Enter in the captcha presented. Your account should now be unlocked! If your account was not locked, you will get a message letting you know. Try entering your password in again or going through our steps to reset your password here
